Ann Beeson, 83 of Leisure Lake passed away on February 1, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center.
According to her wishes no public visitation or service will be held. Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road is assisting the family.
Ann was born on May 27, 1932 in Dubuque, Iowa the daughter of William and Pauline (Williams) Gregory.
She attended the University of Dubuque and received her Masters Degree from Drake University. For many years she worked as a social worker for senior citizens and also worked for Bidwell Mission in Des Moines.
She is survived by four sons, Martin James Beeson, Richard William Beeson, Brian Paul Beeson and Dennis Douglas Beeson, fourteen grandchildren; two sisters Geri Gerhard and Sandra Hardin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three sons, Earl Jerome, Steven Gregory, and Justin Michael; along with two brothers Leonard and Herman.
