Connie Jean Bradley, 74, of Dubuque, IA passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, WI surrounded by her family.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Leonard Funeral Home and Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Rd where services will be held at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Linda Vonfumetti officiating.
Connie was born on November 22, 1942, in Monroe, Wisconsin the daughter of Floyd and Elda Mae (Dohse) Churchill. She attended high school in Lancaster, WI and on October 15th, 1960 married Larry Leo Bradley in Lancaster. She worked as a Teachers Associate for the Dubuque Community Schools.
She was a past member of the Dubuque Field Archers, and the Eagles Club; she is a current member of Rockdale United Methodist Church; US Archery Team 1979 and 1982 and received Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals at the World Games and PanAm Games.
Connie was an avid Green Bay Packer fan; enjoyed camping and fishing with Larry and friends from the Rolling Thunder resort in Sarona Wisconsin. She loved spending time with her cats and loved her Facebook friends.
She is survived by her husband Larry; children, Larry (Heidi) Bradley, Jr., Holly (Kevin) Scholbrock, Ronnie Bradley, and Garry Bradley. Grandchildren, Sean, Kirsten, Jessica, Amanda, Bradley, Austin, Caley, Jeff and Nick along with 10 great grandchildren. Her brothers Floyd, Calvin and Joseph and sisters Linda and Cheryl.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Joyce.
The family wishes to thank Sacred Heart CCU in Eau Claire, WI and to the Rescue Squad from Shell Lake, Wisconsin for the fantastic care they gave our loved one.
In lieu of flowers a Connie Bradley memorial fund will be established in care of her husband Larry Bradley, 2721 Muscatine Street Dubuque, Iowa 52001
