Donna Northouse, 92 of Dubuque died Monday, June 20, 2016 at home with her loving family by her side.
A private family service will be held followed by burial at Dubuque Memorial Gardens. The Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Donna was born on November 13, 1923 in Garryowen, Iowa the daughter of Thomas and Louise (Hardeyman) Rodgers. She married Paul Northouse on Feb. 11, 1947, and he preceded her in death on October 22, 2015.
Donna loved spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoyed her time dancing with Paul and watching Lawrence Welk.
Donna is survived by her 5 children, Carol (Dave) Orr, Joan (Dean) Bartels, Rick (Linda) Northouse, Jim (Theressa) Northouse, and Tom (Lisa) Northouse; 5 grandchildren, Joe (Tracy), Eric, Emily, Jason, and Logan; and a great grandchild Shawn.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sisters, Mary and Monica; four brothers, Joe, Orval, Raymond and Willard.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Dubuque for all their wonderful care.
