Janet A. Francois, 86 of Dubuque, Iowa passed away on Tuesday, May 5th, 2015 at Luther Manor.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 9th at Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Rd. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery. Friends may call after 12:30p.m.Saturday at the funeral home until time of services.
She was born on February 21, 1929 in Dubuque, Iowa the daughter of Earl C. and Georgia C. (Craig) Alexander
She married Gregory Francois on May 24, 1952 at Holy Ghost Church in Dubuque. He preceded her in death on June 25, 2012.
She is survived by three children, Diana (Judy Thill) Francois, Sheila (Randy Levins) Bradley, both of Dubuque, and Gregg (Lorraine) Francois, of Wilson, NC. Grandchildren, Gregg (Kristen Quagliarello) Francois Jr., of Havertown, PA, Tara (Justin Otto) Bradley, of East Dubuque, and Mitchell Bradley, of Dubuque Paige (Gabriel Rivera) Francois of North Carolina, and Alexander Francois, of North Carolina. Great grandchildren, Gregg Francois, III, Colton Bradley, Amaya Otto, and Leonardo Rivera.
In lieu of flowers, a Janet Francois memorial fund has been established.
