Jeanette K. (Korman) Lemmer, 76 of Dubuque, Iowa passed away on July 1st, 2017 at Sunnycrest Manor.
Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 5th, 2017 at Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road with Rev. Dianne Grace officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Jeanette was born on June 4, 1941 in Dubque, Iowa the daughter of Frederick and Mildred (Schloz) Korman. She graduated from Dubuque Senior High School and on September 13, 1988 she married Ralph Lemmer at Summit Church in Dubuque. Together they ran Hilltop Videos on University in Dubuque for 15 years. She also work for Trausch Baking Company in Dubuque for 40 years.
She enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews, loved her cat and listening to country western music.
She is survived by her sister Sandy (Myron) Cole; her aunt Effie Schloz and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Ralph; and two brothers William and Joe Korman.
The family wishes to thank Sunnycrest Manor and Hospice of Dubuque for all their wonderful care they gave.
