Patricia Ann Kohler

Patricia Ann Kohler, 90, of Dubuque, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Stonehill Care Center.

Services will be held Saturday March 10, 2018 at GracePoint Presbyterian Church at 11:00 a.m., burial will be at Rockdale United Methodist Cemetery. Family and Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at the church. Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road is assisting the family.

Patricia was born in Dubuque, Iowa on July 19, 1927 to Walter and Daisy (Shaw) Waller.

Patricia graduated from Senior High School in 1945 and worked many jobs. She loved working in the gift department at Stampfers and working at the Christian Book Store, but the job she loved the best, was all the work she did for her church, GracePoint Presbyterian. She was very devoted to her church.

Pat was an animal lover, especially her cats, she also loved her flowers and could make anything bloom.

She is survived by three sisters, Gail Dame of Silver Spring, MD., Sandra (Gary) Becwar of Glen Haven, WI., and Sharon (David) Becwar, of Dubuque; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Kohler; her parents, Walter and Daisy Waller; her brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Kay Waller; brother-in-law, Robert Dame; nieces Lydia Becwar and Samantha Lattimer.

In lieu of flowers, A Patricia Kohler Memorial Fund has been established.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Stonehill and to Dr. Mark Runde and his staff for the care and love they gave Patricia. Also to the members of GracePoint Church who gave her so much love and help.
