Susan Kay Wild, 60 of Dubuque died Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Unity Point Health, Finley Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Saint Columbkille’s Catholic Church with Fr. Gabriel Anderson officiating. Entombment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery Mausoleum. Friends may call after 10 a.m. until mass time at the church. The Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Susan was born on June 26, 1955 in Dubuque, the daughter of Gerald and Viola (Kline) Wild. She graduated from Wahlert Catholic in 1973 and worked for J.C. Penney for 39 years until her retirement in 2012. She later worked for Christopher Banks part time. She loved animals and taking trips and reading.
She is survived by her mother Viola Wild, a brother Gary (Kathy) Wild, a niece and Goddaughter Melisa Wild, a nephew Mike (Sara) Wild, two great nieces Samantha and Allison Wild, and a great great Nephew Brayden.
She was preceded in death by her father Gerald Wild.
