Russell family:I had the pleasure of meeting Bill,while my girlfriend Robin Wright was at Manor Care..he always seemed to have a smile on his face,he was a great man and seemed laugh alot..he will no doubt be missed by all the people whose lives he touched.. I hope it comforts the family to know he has gone to a far better place and is surrounded by loved ones-God bless the family during the difficult days ahead.
