Chuck was a good person and very helpful to all at our convent, Mt. St. Francis. We became friends over the years and I visited him once while he was in the hospital. That visit elevated our friendship. One lasting memory is that he came to my Jubilee celebration and gave me a bottle of wine with my name on the label. May God grant him a peaceful and beutiful home.

I am thinking of you all and praying for you at this time of grieving. I remember Chuck from Way back when in my teenage years in Dubuque Iowa. Dawn, Sue, Mark, Bruce, Carol and any other family members that I may not know, I hope that you all share some beautiful memories together during this time.
God bless you.
Lori Meck and family.

Another time of earthly sorrow has arrived. The departing of your brother, friend, and family.
We sit on earth, sad and sometimes questioning why. But then we remember our Savior and his words and we begin rejoicing. Another child of his has come home to his permanent dwelling. All the sickness, sorrow and suffering are gone and he has eternal peace for all eternity. Who would call him back?, we wouldn't ,not now. So we continue on with Great Hope in our for the day we will be reunited with him." And we sorrow not as others who have no hope." Jesus' death, burial and resurrection promises to all who accept him as their Savior that Blessed Hope. Thank you God for putting us together with the Krolick family, today we see your purpose and leadership as we say goodbye for a little while.
