I just found out. I am so sorry. I had the opportunity to fly with Jim several times in the past. I met Jim through a mutual friend many years ago. He was always a favorite and well humored. My condolences go out to his wife Nancy, his children, and grandchildren. He has left many memories.

So sorry for your loss. It was an honor to have worked for Dr Pearson he was truly caring to all his patients and I learned so much working for him. He was always smiling and had a story if you found him a cup for some coffee at the office. He will be missed by many people. I just wanted Nancy and the family to know we are thinking of them at this time.

I worked with Dr. Pearson at PdC Hospital for several years. I loved working with him, and learned so much from him. He always came in with a smile (even when he was late to clinic, which was about every time-lol), and always looked for his cup of coffee first. He treated his patients with respect and enjoyed casual conversation with them. I particularly remember one elderly man , daughter at his side, as he talked to Dr about his experience as a sailor at Pearl Harbor on that Dec day. His daughter had never heard her father's story. I was in total awe how Dr Pearson encouraged this man to share such an emotional part of his life with his daughter, and I was lucky to hear it too.
My sincerest sympathy

I was a former patient of Dr. Pearson's in 1969 as an infant. My parents always talked about what a caring doctor he was. I am grateful for the care he gave me as a patient and the guidance and empathy he provided my parents. I would not be walking today without him! God Bless

I'm so sorry to hear of Dr Pearson's death. He had a significant impact on my life. I admired how he treated me as Susie's friend including taking me to the Wahlert state basketball championship. I've always felt the requirement to "give back" to other teens and have had many live in my home. I hope that his spirit of giving will continue to live on through others who his life touched.

I first met doc at Lombardi's Store when I was about 15. He was getting gas and smashed his thumb in the door of his truck. I helped him wash it out under a faucet and put a Band-Aid on it. His was in terrible pain as wasn't too happy. About a week later I hurt my shoulder and had to go to the hospital. When he walked in and saw me he got that famous smile on his face and said, "now I get even!"; we have been friends ever since! He was a great guy and heaven will be brighter with him there, God Bless! Kent Lombardi

We will miss his smiling face and fascinating stories. He will always be in our hearts. Loved the times he would come in with pictures to share of the grandchildren and places he had traveled. He was truly a proud father and grandfather. Heaven has gained an angel who can fly forever.
