Theresa Ann (Leik) Miller

Theresa Ann “Terry” (Leik) Miller; 65; of Dubuque, Iowa passed away on July 11, 2018, at Hawkeye Rehabilitation Center

Visitation will be from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 15th at Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road, where a funeral service will be at 4:00 p.m. Private family burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Terry was born on October 9, 1952, Dubuque, Iowa to William Leik, Barbara (Earnhart) Leik. She received her BA of Psychology from Clarke College. Terry worked as a Social Worker most recently with Mary's Inn Maternity Home in Dubuque, Iowa

She married Phillip Joseph Miller on May 18, 1973 in Asbury, Iowa. Terry was a long-time member of Word of Life Church in Dubuque, Iowa.

Terry passed away peacefully with her family at her side.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Phillip; 5 Children: Phillip Miller Jr. of Dubuque, Jesse (Brenda) Miller, of West Liberty, Jeff Miller, of Dubuque, Jamie Miller, of Dubuque and Nikki Miller (Towne) of Dubuque; 12 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Her mother Barbara Robinson, of Dubuque; her brother Gary Leik, of Tennessee; and sisters Valetta Voels, of Asbury, Kelly (Leik) Dolan, of Dubuque; along with many more extended family and friends who will miss Terry.

She was preceded in death by her Father William Leik.

Memorials may be given to Hospice of Dubuque in memory of Terry.
