Donna M. Reuter

Donna M. Reuter, 71, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away on September 15, 2024 at MercyOne Hospital in Dubuque.

According to her wishes, no public services will be held.

Donna was born on June 10, 1953 in Lancaster, Wisconsin, daughter of Betty J. (Kitelinger) and Kenneth Koppen.

Donna is survived by her son Kevin (Amy) Reuter of Kieler, Wisconsin, three granddaughters Nicolette (Robbie) Lange, Stephanie (Andrew) Maas, and Bristol Reuter, three great granddaughters, one sister-in-law Pat Kitelinger, one uncle, three aunts, along with one nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents Betty and Kenneth, and one brother Fred Kiteliner.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Luther Manor Nursing Home, Paramount Ambulance, and MercyOne Hospital.
