Gary Wayne Marburger

Gary Wayne Marburger, 74 of Dubuque, Iowa passed away on November 17, 2021, at home.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road where a service will be held at 7:00 p.m. with Rick Frazier officiating.

Gary was born on March 5, 1947, the son of Lincoln and Helen (Massey) Marburger. He married Pam Miller on October 27, 2015, in Dubuque, Iowa.

He worked as a machine operator for John Deere. Gary enjoyed fishing, building things and being outdoors.

He is survived by his wife Pam; two sons Brian Marburger of Dubuque and Bob Marburger of Minnesota. Two grandchildren Ethan Marburger and Elana Marburger.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents and his previous spouse Jane E. Marburger.

The family would like to thank Hospice of Dubuque for all the care they provided to Gary. A special thank you to Uncle Rick for making Gary balloons and putting a smile on his face; and thank you to Merl, Tom, Connie Jo and Wayne for always being there.
