Jo Ann (Billington) Perry

Jo Ann (Billington) Perry, 62, of Dubuque, Iowa passed away on November 4, 2020 at UnityPoint Health, Finley Hospital. No public visitation or service will be held, Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 25956 Rockdale Road is assisting the family. Jo was born on March 19, 1958 in Dubuque, Iowa the daughter if William and Mary Ellen (McCarron) Billington. She married Steven Junior Perry on July 16, 1994.

She worked for the former Dubuque Packing Company and she enjoyed collecting antiques. More than anything, Jo loved spending time with her family and was always interested in their lives.

Jo is survived by her husband Steven; children Kate Perry, Laura (Jerry) Daniels, Keith (Amy) Perry, Amy (David) Block, Tonia Perry and Sara (Adriel) McIntosh; ten grandchildren; her siblings Jon (Sandi) Billington, Jean (Bob) Urbain, Dennis (Kris) Billington and Sara (Dennis) Galle; brothers and sisters-in-law, Phil (Sandy) Perry, Bruce Perry, Larry Perry, Paula Goerdt, Jeff (Carol) Perry, Faith (Bruce) Hoskins, Patty Perry and Tim (Shelly) Perry; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother James Billington; and in-laws, Pam, Luann, Rick, and Jodie Perry.
