Kevin J. Tittle, 53, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away peacefully at home on June 9, 2026, surrounded by family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on July 11, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Dubuque Eagles Club,1175 Century Dr, Dubuque IA 52001.

Kevin was born August 20th, 1972, in Dubuque, the son of Rick Tittle Sr. and Sandra Heming. Kevin worked at Addicco Pallet, at Eagle Window & Door as a commercial painter, and at various convenience stores when he was able.

Kevin had the biggest heart, especially for anyone struggling. He loved interacting with family & friends. Kevin lived for his music, playing guitar, and spending time at Next Phase with his friends singing karaoke and drinking tequila. He was a huge Green Bay Packer fan, and he loved to watch Nascar racing.

Once he was diagnosed with terminal cancer he had a bucket list. His bestie, Jenny Ness, and her family took him to Nashville where he was able to record a record. He was able to make it to his son Zach’s wedding, and to one of his best friends Kisser’s birthday on June 6th. Finally, he lived every day for his bestie, Jenny Ness. She cared for him right up to the end, holding his hand.

Kevin spent the last 5 years battling cancer, which severely limited his ability to enjoy life, and his quality of life was declining. While he will be missed by all, he has earned his time in heaven being happy, telling jokes, singing his heart out, and most of all pain free.

He is survived by his father Rick (Tina) Tittle Sr.; three children, Joshua Tittle, Destinni Talmo ,and Zach ( Hannah); his siblings, Rick Jr. (Ann) Tittle, Tracy Puccio, Bob (Cary) Tittle, Chuck (Michelle) Tittle, Tiffany (Nathen) Willey, and Terry Brosius; his bonus family, George (Jenny) Ness, Brytnee Ohara, Haylee (Dontrell) Ohara, Bryton Hantelmann, Allysa Jolliffas, as well as their four grandkids, and Jenny's mom Carla who brought him his favorite chocolates: Gremlins; and many nieces, nephews, and grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his mother Sandra Heming, sister Brenda Brosius, and brother-in-law Sam Puccio Jr.

We would like to thank Hospice, Billie Jo Otting - Pospisil and one super special person Michelle Coen who was there with Jenny in the end.
