Michael "Boz" Joseph Allen

In Loving Memory of Michael (Boz) Allen, 71, of Dubuque, Iowa.
With  heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our brother, Michael (Boz) Allen, on September 23rd, 2024.
Born on July 21, 1953, Boz brought joy to many with his infectious smile, distinctive mustache and booming voice. He worked for Tri-State Paving, Tri-State Blacktop in the Quad Cities and River City Paving.
Surviving are his 5 siblings, Bobby (Donna) Allen, Janie Allen, Carol (Gary) Thompson, Danny (Jean) Allen, and Amy (Michael) Elbert
Nieces & Nephews, Alexia & Jesse Thompson, Brooke, Jon and Allie Lyons, Connor, Carson and Autumn Elbert
Boz was proceeded in death by our parents Betty and Bob Allen; our brother John; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. 
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Chris & Tom Rogers for their friendship and the care they provided to him during his illness.
A celebration of life will be held at Denny’s Lux Club on Saturday, November 2nd from 12-3 pm. We invite all who knew and loved Boz to join us in toasting his memory and sharing our favorite stories.
