Phyllis K. Lang, 69, of Bernard, Iowa passed away on September 18, 2025 at her daughter's home in Dubuque.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025 at Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road with a sharing time to be held at 11:30 a.m.

Committal prayers and burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
