Sean Timothy Dunne

Sean Timothy Dunne, 58, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away on January 12, 2026, at UnityPoint Finley Hospital in Dubuque.

Friends and family may visit from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 16, 2026, at Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Chaplain Ethan Edsall officiating.

Sean was born on April 5, 1967, in Dubuque, Iowa, the son Glen J. and Jean A. (Kessler) Dunne.

Sean is survived by his siblings Paul (Jan) Wiedemann, Mark Wiedemann, Julie Scott, and Amy (Ted) Sampson, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Neil Dunne, and sister-in-law Diane Wiedemann.
