Sharon Kay Johnston, 74, formerly of Ottumwa, Iowa and Colorado, passed away on November 23, 2025, in Dubuque, Iowa, at Ennoble Nursing Home.
No services will be held. Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road, is assisting the family.
Sharon was born on October 21, 1951, in Brighton, Colorado, the daughter of James Ivan and Lydia (Schmidt) Mitchell. She worked as a CNA at nursing homes.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Johnston.
