William G. Rouse

William G. Rouse, 70, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away at home on June 11, 2025 with his daughter by his side

Private family services will be held.

William was born on December 8, 1954 in Platteville, Wisconsin, the son of George and Lucille (Womack) Rouse. He graduated from high school in Platteville. William worked for Catholic Charities for many years. Always just a phone call away, William was a handy man for anyone who needed help.

Everyone knew Billy as "the tool man" of Dubuque. If you needed it, he had it. He was a very selfless man, and wanted to help anyone and everyone.

Billy is survived by his daughter Kari (Edward) Heacook of New Jersey, son Timothy Rouse of Colorado, and granddaughters Alexis Daugherty and Theadora Heacook, both of New Jersey.

He was preceded in death by his parents George and Lucille, son William George Rouse, and brother Dennis Rouse.
