Clayton G. Kremer, 9 month old infant son of Jesse and Stephanie (Michel) Kremer passed away on Friday, July 15, 2016 at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 19th, 2016 at Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road. Burial will follow in Dubuque Memorial Gardens. Gathering of family and friends will be from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday at Leonard Funeral Home.
Clayton was born on October 5, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque.
I know I’ll see the sun shine bright upon my baby’s face… When I finally get to Heaven, all my pain will be erased. We’ll soar the skies together, as angels two by two… We’ll have sweet reunion; this mothers dream come true.
He is survived by his loving parents, Jesse and Stephanie and his big brother Henry. His grandparents; Gerald & Beth Kremer, of Dubuque, Ed and Kathy Michel Jr. of Bellevue, and great grandmother Rosemary Kremer, of Dubuque. His aunts and uncles, Nicole (Matt) Meyer, Godmother, Geri (Kevin) Kalb, Sara (Kevin) Kloser, Philip (Ashley) Michel, and Madilyn Michel, Godmother Karen Kremer, along with numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by great grandparents, Norm and Norma Hubbard, Earl Kremer, Ed and Jean Michel, and Gerald and Donna Hoffman, his uncle Trevor Medina, and great uncle Kevin Kremer.
The family wishes to thank the nurses at Accurate Home Care especially Lisa, Denise, Kerry, and Kelly; Dr. Quintana at Dubuque Pediatrics, and to all the nurses and doctors at the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital for all their loving care they gave these past nine months.
In lieu of flowers a Clayton G. Kremer memorial fund will be established.
