Dear Mary Rose, Colleen and Peggie,
Jim and I send you our deepest condolences on the loss of your dad. He was a wonderful man and he and your mom played a huge role in our early days in Dubuque. We couldn't have asked for better neighbors. He was a wonderful, kind, fun and generous man and we think of you all often with great affection. Take good care. Jim and Liz

Peggie,Colleen, & Mary Rose;

Just a note of condolance to you three girls, to let you all know that your sorrow is not felt by you alone. It is felt by us as well. I always thought alot of your father,as he always spoke what was on his mind. A true Irishman, and he never lacked for the gift of gab. A new chapter of your family's heritage has been turned, and the life he instilled in you lives on in your children to be passed on still.
With much sadness,
Mike and Jerre

I'm sorry we didn't get to the funeral home to sign the guest book, but want you girls to know how much we enjoyed the lunch at the Legion Hall, and were so glad we got to attend the funeral. Jerry was one of our favorite cousins, and our main link to the rest of the Corrigan family. We will miss him.

Love & Prayers, Linda and Gerald

Peg, Mary Rose, Colleen and families: I just wanted to say how "sorry" I am to hear of your father"s passing.. Jerry was a "peach" of a guy. I had nice "visits" with your Dad when ever Uncle charlie would have one of his many "graduation parties" for his kids. ( he also was my favorite bar tender on Sat. nites @ a bar on university near Loras during the early '70s when I was a college student..) I heard many a story about the summer that he & my father (Gene) joined up with Mike Larkin & did the "wheat harvest" from the Texas panhandle up through the Dakotas.. May you find "comfort" in knowing that your dad "touched" the lives of many of his friends and relatives.. Sincerely Jim McCormick

Peg, Mary Rose, Colleen and families, I am so sorry for your loss. I am sure that you will find comfort in the love you all have for each other along with your extended family and friends. Your Dad is in great company in heaven where there are a lot smiling Irish eyes. Love to you all. Linda

Jerry will be sadly missed by the residents of The Woodlands, where he lived for the last few years. He always wore a smile and had interesting conversation to share. He was fond of saying that a person could get along with anybody, which he surely did. He lovingly told us about his children, of whom he was immensely proud. His was a life well lived.
