Kathy and I go back to when she worked at Christensen's Greenhouse as a floral designer. Everyone looked up to her as a designer and friend. My heart goes out to all that knew her. She will be missed greatly.

Dearest Kathy, Loosing you has been overwhelming these past days. You were everyone's everything always thinking of yourself and what you wanted last. Family, friends, even strangers, if anyone needed you , you were there. Like many others, I loved you with all m y heart, you were my everything. Things I could tell no one, you kept my secrets, and when I needed strength to face the world, you held my hand, and led me. My sun will never shine as bright again, and all the stars will have your name. I never prepared myself to go on without you in my life. I was meant to go before you, but you changed that too, you held me until help got there, and somehow you saved me. Now my Angel you will have to make all these people who love and miss you strong enough to carry on. Someday we will all be able to smile again, but every swing I ever see I will see you. Every flower has your face in it. And all the birds will sing for you. Rest now ... My Love , Rachael

To the entire Hirsch & Welty families. I have fond memories going back to my childhood of Kathy working at the Milk House on Windsor Ave. As kids, we spent a lot of time at Granpa & Gramma Doerr's home. On occasion we got to make a trip to the Milk House where Kathy & her sisters greeted us. Her beautiful smile as posted here today was the same so many years ago ::)) You all have my deepest sympathy as you move forward dealing with life's daily struggles without her. May she now rest in peace until your are all united again!! Lisa

She greeted me EVERY morning at the Kwik Stop - what a great employee and friend who I will miss. Won't be the same there without her. So sorry for your loss! RIP Kathy!
