Mary Pat and I were sorry we missed Mary's wake and funeral. What fond memories I have of your mom and dad on Chaney Rd. Your mom was such a sweet lady. I remember baby sitting you older kids. They were the fun young couple in the neighborhood, and if I'm not mistaken some of the neighborhood boys had a crush on your mom. ( I won't mention any names.) We use to hang out in your garage if we needed advice from your dad on stuff we were always building: go carts or forts etc. Your mom would provide Koolaid or cookies. She was such a vibrant part of our St. Anthony's community, as well. Ready with a kind word and a warm smile. I'm sure she will be missed. Mary Pat said Paul was such a "sweetie," just like his mom. Ed and I offer our sympathy on Mary's death. We knew your Dad and Mom from Ed's working at John Deere. They were wonderful people and we always enjoyed their company. Again our sincere sympathy.

My most heartfelt sympathy to you. Although it has been many many years since our paths have crossed or I have seen your Mother I will always remember her sweet smile. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you. May she rest in peace.
