To the entire Decker family:
I feel like I have know Phyllis & her family for most of my life. She was a kind & soft spoken lady, always with a smile on her face. I'm sure you will miss her dearly, but also find comfort in knowing you will meet again.
Steve & I are SO sorry we could not make the services. I will keep all of you in my prayers. Elly

A SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW WREATH was sent on June 21, 2016

Marty, Carla and family, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of dear Phyllis. That woman had a heart of gold, the most beautiful smile and the twinkle in her eyes made you love her even more. May the angels wrap you in their wings and give your family comfort. Godspeed Phyllis.
