I'm so sorry my dear. You were my first love and I miss you so. I'll never forget you. I can't believe you're gone.

Sarah will always remain in my heart, and in all of our memories. She was one of the few that were truly sincere and honest. she was never reluctant to show a caring hand, and would do everything in her power to make sure her friends were not suffering, she made the best of everything and influenced countless others. I am sorry, and will be praying for Sarah's family in this difficult time. I will miss her, and only wish I could have been there to say goodbye. God bless.

I am standing in the seashore, a ship sails in the morning breeze & starts for the ocean. She is an object of beauty & I stand watching her till at last she fades on the horizon and someone at my side says "She is gone." Gone! Where - gone from my sight that is all. She is just as large in the masts, hull & spars as she was when I saw her, and just as able to bear her load of living freight to its destination. The diminsed size and total loss of sight is in me, not in her, and just at the moment when someone at my side says "She is gone" there are others who are watching her comking and voices take up a glad shout "Here she comes!" I pray this poem can be a pathway to peace. Betty
